1. How to Place an Order?
You can place an order by simply purchasing an item from our online store. You do have to create an account during this process so we have your contact details
2. Why my order got cancelled?
Ideally we would never cancel an order, but if payment fails or there is a stock issue, which even in this day of technology does happen, we may have to cancel and order. We will always contact you directly.
3. How to place multiple orders?
Once you have made your first order you will have an account with us. You can then place further orders and see your order history when ever you login to our site
4. How many times I can download my purchased product?
We currently don’t sell any virtual product but should we start we will inform you of any download limits at the point of purchase
5. How can I check my order status?
Yes you can check your order status by logging into your account and checking your order history
6. How do I know my order has been confirmed?
You will receive and email when the order is placed and payment has been confirmed stating the order has been confirmed
1. My transaction failed but the money is deducted from my account. What should I do?
Due to the fact we use PayPal as our payment gate way this should never happen as the order will not complete unless payment has been successful.
2. What are the available payment methods?
We Currently Use Paypal as our Merchant payment processor. This allows you to pay by either your PayPal account or by a valid credit card.

Where tracking is offered you can track your order through your account page.
2. Is there any shipping fees associated with all the products?
All shipping fees are made clear at the point of purchase.
3. How can I get my orders delivered faster?

4. Do you ship internationally?
Yes we ship Globally.
5. What happens to undelivered orders?
After sufficient time has passed we will contact our delivery service and request they investigate the missing items. Once they have been identified as undelivered by our delivery service and compensation has been paid you would be fully refunded for your purchase or a replacement will be dispatched to you

This varies depending on your purchase as we do a lot of made to measure products.
1. Can I cancel my order and ask for a refund?
In stock items are sent very quickly, if you cancel before we post we will instantly refund, otherwise you will have to return for a refund.
2. I've still not received the refund to my bank account. Why?
Please contact us if your refund is not showing .
3. What are your refund policies?
We offer a no quibble 30 day refund if you return the goods in new, unused condition with original tags attached.
