You can place an order by simply purchasing an item from our online store. You do have to create an account during this process so we have your contact details

Ideally we would never cancel an order, but if payment fails or there is a stock issue, which even in this day of technology does happen, we may have to cancel and order. We will always contact you directly.

Once you have made your first order you will have an account with us. You can then place further orders and see your order history when ever you login to our site

 We currently don’t sell any virtual product but should we start we will inform you of any download limits at the point of purchase

Yes you can check your order status by logging into your account and checking your order history

You will receive and email when the order is placed and payment has been confirmed stating the order has been confirmed

Payments

Due to the fact we use PayPal as our payment gate way this should never happen as the order will not complete unless payment has been successful.

We Currently Use Paypal as our Merchant payment processor. This allows you to pay by either your PayPal account or by a valid credit card.

Once you are logged into your account you are able to place multiple orders

All charges are made clear at the point of checkout.

Yes we require you to register with us so that we have all your details to be able to keep you up to date with the order and delivery process.

 Where tracking is offered you can track your order through your account page.

All shipping fees are made clear at the point of purchase.

Yes we ship Globally.

After sufficient time has passed we will contact our delivery service and request they investigate the missing items. Once they have been identified as undelivered by our delivery service and compensation has been paid you would be fully refunded for your purchase or a replacement will be dispatched to you.

This varies depending on your purchase as we do a lot of made to measure products.

Refund

In stock items are sent very quickly, if you cancel before we post we will instantly refund, otherwise you will have to return for a refund.

Please contact us if your refund is not showing.

We offer a no quibble 30 day refund if you return the goods in new, unused condition with original tags attached.

Refunds will be via your original payment method.
